Welcome to Odyssey—we’re excited to have you on our team!

As you’re settling into your new role, take a moment to get to know your Odyssey benefits—we offer you and your eligible family members a comprehensive and valuable benefits program that includes healthcare coverage, health savings accounts, retirement savings accounts, employee perks, and more.

We encourage you to review this benefits site and the attached documents to learn about your options and choose the best coverage for you and your family.

Upon starting at Odyssey you’re eligible for many of the plans and programs in our benefits package. Information about coverage, eligibility, and instructions for how to enroll can be found on each page. You’ll also find more detailed information about each benefit through the linked plan summaries and documents.

To begin your benefits enrollment:

  • Log in to UKG Pro (up.odysseyconsult.com).
  • Once logged in, scroll down to the Benefits section in the Myself Menu on the left side of the page
  • Click Manage My Benefits
  • Follow prompts to select new benefits
